These terms and conditions ("Terms") form the legal agreement between the 92bet platform and its user ("you" or "member"). When registering an account, you must provide true, accurate and complete information. Providing false information may result in account closure and forfeiture of deposited funds. By registering, you confirm that:

3. Account Verification

92bet may request account verification at any time. Identity verification is mandatory before the first withdrawal in particular. The following documents may typically be requested for verification:

• Proof of address document (utility bill or bank statement)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used

A 15x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only. For example: for a ৳2,000 bonus, you must wager ৳2,000 × 15 = ৳30,000 before withdrawing bonus winnings.

Additional terms relating to bonuses:

• Wagering must be completed within 30 days of receiving the bonus
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly
• 92bet reserves the right to change or cancel promotional offers at any time
• A member is eligible for the welcome bonus only once

5.3 VIP Program

92bet's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Weekly cashback rate details:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 0.8% weekly cashback

6. Game Rules

All games on 92bet are operated through software from third-party game providers. Game outcomes are determined by RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, which ensures fair play.

The following general rules apply when playing games:

• A bet once confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled
• If a round is cancelled due to a technical error, the bet amount will be refunded
• In the event of a disconnection, the result stored on 92bet's server will be considered final
• If there is a dispute over a game result, the game log will be reviewed and the platform's decision will be final

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 92bet platform:

• Bonus abuse or gaining an advantage through manipulation
• Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts
• Playing games using software, bots or automation tools
• Money laundering or transacting with illegally obtained funds
• Exploiting technical errors in the platform for unfair advantage
• Operating an account under another member's identity
• Making deposits using a third party's funds

8. Limitation of Liability

92bet is not liable for:

• Losses caused by a member's internet disconnection
• Issues arising from third-party services (payment gateways, game providers)
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.)
• Losses resulting from a member's account information being disclosed to an unauthorised person

In any circumstance, 92bet's maximum liability is limited to the amount of the transaction in question.

9. Account Closure

9.1 Closure by Member

Any member may request to close their account at any time. Any pending withdrawals must be completed before the account is closed.

92bet may temporarily or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Breach of terms
• Fraudulent activity
• Incomplete verification
• Responding to a responsible gaming request

10. Privacy and Data Protection
